  • What are the camp hours?

    Camp Hours are from 9:30am to 4:00pm

  • Do you offer extended hours? Before hours? After hours?

    Yes, we offer extended hours. Early drop off begins at 8:30am and after hours go until 5:00pm.

  • Is lunch included? Snack?

    Daily lunch is included as is a refreshing afternoon snack.

  • Do you offer busing?

    Yes, busing is an available option.

  • Do you have a camp nurse? Can you accommodate allergies?

    Yes, we have a full-time nurse at camp. Upper staff are all trained in first aid and/or CPR.
    Allergies can absolutely be accommodated.

  • What procedures are you putting in place for Camp this year

    Wee Friends and Camp Iconic’s priority is to provide a phenomenal camp program in a safe and effective manner. We are taking into account CDC guidelines and the Department of Health’s to ensure for the well-being and health of our campers, staff and families we serve.  

  • Is there a camper cell phone policy?

    Campers are NOT permitted to use cell phones at camp.

  • Do you have visiting day?

    Yes, there is a scheduled visiting day on the calendar every camp season.

  • Are you a closed campus?

    Camp Iconic is a closed campus. No one can leave campus and anyone visiting must be buzzed in at the main entrance.

  • What age campers do you take at Camp Iconic?

    Programs are offered for Kindergarten – eighth graders before moving up to CITs in ninth and tenth grade.

  • Do you have a program for pre-schoolers?

    WEE FRIENDS, our sister camp in Wantagh, offers a program specifically designed for 2 – 5 year olds.

  • What is an elective program?

    Electives are programs offered in the afternoon that campers self-select based on their individual interests. Campers can choose electives two periods a day. View elective options here

  • What is the theater program?

    Campers can sign up for musical theater for ninth period for the entire season and will then put on a full theater production.
